About
I am a PhD candidate in Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD. My research sits at the intersection of behavioral and social issues in organizations and their impact on operational outcomes.
My background is in mechanical engineering, and I bring ample industry experience from the energy sector, where I experienced first-hand how social and behavioral dynamics shape firms' operations. These experiences have driven my academic agenda: I study how workforce behaviors, digital technologies, and human decisions interact to produce operational results, with particular attention to gender, digitalization, and vulnerable populations.
I use large-scale observational data, field studies, and econometric methods to answer questions that matter to managers and policymakers.
